Good work and good process make for a good product. That said, we issue a warranty with our work because we want you to have the peace of mind that our work will last as long as we promised it would.

Our Warranty Coverage:

Full Solid Slab Leveling

We offer a transferable 10-year warranty on the leveling of your house, building, or structure.

Smaller Repairs (Partial Leveling)

For repairs done on only part of a house, building, or structure, we offer a 7-year warranty on work performed, provided we assess the rest of the structure during our free inspection. We will inform you during the inspection if your project qualifies.

Complete Pier & Beam Re-Leveling

We offer a 10-year warranty, but only if the work includes underpinning along the perimeter of the house. If additional underpinning is needed, we can provide that service as well.

Partial Pier & Beam Repairs

A variety of factors affect our warranty coverage, but in most cases, we offer a 7-year warranty, only if the work is covered by underpinning along the perimeter.

Warranty Limitations & Contingencies:

While we stand behind our work, certain conditions can void this warranty. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Lack of Underpinning: If underpinning is required but not performed, the warranty may be limited or voided.

  • Acts of God: Damage caused by earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or any other natural disaster will void this warranty.

  • Water Leaks & Drainage Issues: Undetected or unresolved water leaks can void the warranty. This includes plumbing leaks, poor drainage, excessive moisture, or standing water beneath the structure.

  • Soil Movement & Erosion: Shifting soils due to external factors such as excessive rain, tree roots, or nearby construction may impact the stability of the repair and are not covered under warranty.

  • Unauthorized Alterations: Any modifications, repairs, or additions made by third parties after our work is completed may void this warranty.

  • Neglect or Lack of Maintenance: Homeowners are responsible for maintaining proper drainage, controlling moisture, and addressing any structural concerns as recommended by our team.
